Karloff #1

This is the first bust in my series of ¼ scale busts of Boris Karloff from the 1930s. I wanted to sculpt busts of Karloff’s characterizations other than the Frankenstein Monster & the Mummy. This is Karloff as Hjalmar Poelzig from THE BLACK CAT (1934), an evil satanist. I am very pleased how this bust captured this character. Made in 2008.
